Loan Qualification
We have our own In-House Direct Lenders available to introduce the pre-qualification process to prepare and educate you for your purchase.  Our direct relationships with the Banks require all of our buyers and investors to be cross-approved.  Our Lenders will explain, educate and direct you towards a full understanding of what to expect during your transaction.  Our REO department only works with Direct Lenders who are pre-approved with the banks representing the HUNDREDS of REO Homes for Sale we have in our inventory.  We are providing our buyers with an “extra” most real estate companies can’t offer.  We have the ability to deal directly on your behalf with the banks to help get your offer accepted.
